What is your fuel policy?

We operate a fair same-to-same fuel policy. The fuel level is verified and recorded on your handover report at pickup (e.g. 1/2 tank or full), and you return the vehicle with the equivalent level. No marked-up refueling service penalties.

What documents do I need at pickup?

Simply your original national driving licence held for at least one full continuous year and your valid physical passport (or Moroccan CIN). You do not need a high-limit credit card.

Can I return the car at a different Moroccan airport?

Yes! We offer one-way airport rentals across all nine international Moroccan airports (e.g. pick up in Marrakech RAK, return in Casablanca CMN or Agadir AGA). Any one-way relocation fee is confirmed transparently before you book.

Are motorway tolls and parking included?

Motorway tolls on Autoroutes du Maroc (ADM) and city parking fees are paid directly by the driver. We recommend keeping small Moroccan Dirham notes (20, 50 MAD) in the vehicle for toll booths and authorized parking guardians.
